COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS


    The competencies and skills that a Bilingual Executive Assistant will acquire are the following:
    • Perform operations to support the administrative management of relations with the public or client, with quality of service, assisting with assertiveness the making of administrative decisions, working in coordination with the team and exercising in its area of performance. 
    • Provide customer service in accordance with the policies of the organization to offer a quality service. 
    • Use the English language as a work tool in the performance of functions in both national and international companies. 
    • Analyze, Interpret and translate texts from English to Spanish and vice versa. 
    • Apply ergonomics in the performance of their functions, making them more technical and expeditious to the needs of their boss and the company itself.
    • Create and use formats for the issuance, reception, registration, storage, conservation and / or deletion of documents, respecting the standards of the organization and with the support of technological tools. 
    • Apply the knowledge of office automation in the automation of processes and administrative management, simplifying functions and reducing time and effort. 
    • Apply accounting principles in relation to financial statements.
